Business Toolbox does not sell your personal information, as that term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we have not done so in the past 12 months. With your consent this website loads advertising pixels from Meta and TikTok to measure our ads; California law may treat that as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The switch below turns it off. This page explains what you can opt out of, what rights you have, and how to reach us.
1. What you can opt out of
Advertising and analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the banner on the sales, checkout or activation page. Use this switch to turn them off again (or on) in this browser. The choice is stored in your browser only, so repeat it on each device you use.

Everything else the site stores stays the same either way: the checkout page keeps a countdown timer in session storage, Stripe's payment form sets the cookies it needs for payment and fraud prevention, and inside GoHighLevel, HighLevel Theme Studio ("Theme Studio") keeps a copy of your theme in local storage so it applies instantly. None of that is used to advertise to you. The full list of cookies and providers is in section 2 of the Privacy Statement.
2. What we hold about you
We collect only what the product needs: the name, email and billing details you give at checkout (card numbers are held by Stripe, never by us), the white-label domain you enter at activation, your GoHighLevel agency ID and any sub-account location IDs used to store themes, the theme settings you save, and 14 days of server logs. Theme Studio does not read, collect or transmit your contacts, conversations, payments, or any other business data from GoHighLevel. The full detail is in our Privacy Statement.
3. Your rights as a California resident
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to receive a copy of it.
- Right to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep for accounting.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We sell nothing; to stop the advertising pixels that may count as sharing, use the switch in section 1 or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as the CPRA defines it.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not charge you a different price, refuse service, or reduce service quality because you exercised a privacy right.
4. How to make a request
Email support@businesstoolbox.io with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us which right you are exercising. Send the request from the email address you used at checkout; matching the two is how we verify that the request comes from you, and we may ask a follow-up question if they differ. An authorised agent can make a request for you if they include your written permission and we can confirm it with you. We respond within 30 days (the law allows 45, with an extension in complex cases). If you ask us to delete your purchase records, your Theme Studio license ends with them, and we will confirm that with you before acting.
5. Global Privacy Control and browser signals
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar opt-out preference signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request. When your browser sends it, advertising and analytics cookies stay off, the consent banner is not shown, and the switch above reports that you are opted out. Your experience of the site is otherwise unchanged.
6. If you are outside California
Residents of other US states with privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas), of the European Union and the United Kingdom, and of any other jurisdiction with data-protection rights, have equivalent rights to access, correct, delete and object. Use the same request process; we apply the same answer everywhere. EU and UK residents also have the right to complain to their local supervisory authority.
7. Changes
Before we add a new analytics or advertising provider, or begin selling personal information, we will update this page and the Privacy Statement, keep the opt-out switch above working for the new provider, and email license holders about any material change.
